Hi everyone, and happy new year! I hope you’ve had a great week. January is a time of fresh optimism as we look toward the year ahead. It's also time for resolutions. If you’ve made resolutions to get more involved in Jewish life this year, or if you’ve resolved to make fitness goals this year, the Bonnie and Donald Dwares JCC is here for you!
We’ve made a lot of changes this year to make the member experience more enjoyable and fruitful, and if you haven’t stopped by in a while, I would encourage you to do so. Back in October we debuted new cardio fitness equipment – state of the art treadmills, ellipticals, stair climbers, and bikes that have increased the number of machines available and will make for a better experience.

And we have a great deal of programming coming up in the next few weeks to help you engage in Jewish life. From PJ Library programming to our Jewish Book Council author series, to our Broadway film series, we have programs and events geared toward connecting you to Jewish culture and Jewish life. You can find out more information about all of these on our website.
If all of this sounds great, I hope you’ll consider joining us here at the Dwares JCC. We encourage you to sign up for a tour where you can learn more about our membership special this month – we’re waiving the $99 registration fee to help make it easier for you to participate.
More than anything, what you’ll find here at the JCC is community. People who share similar goals, have made similar resolutions, and share similar values. It’s that feeling of community that sets us apart from other places, and I invite you to join us.
Until next time, I wish you a safe, peaceful, and joyous Shabbat.
Shabbat Shalom,
Adam Greenman
