At the Dwares JCC, we are dedicated to helping you live a healthier, more active life… It does not matter what your fitness goals are; we will design a program to help you achieve your goals.

We believe in our client’s inner strength, and our job is to help awaken that strength. Fitness is not about running on a treadmill, doing pushups, or having someone yell at you. It is about guiding you on your personal journey and giving you the tools that will stay with you for a lifetime.

Whether you want to improve your shape, increase endurance, build bone density, lose weight, boost energy, increase coordination and balance, or simply look and feel better, our trainers will design a program specifically for you, motivate you, monitor your progress, and make sure your workouts are safe and effective.

To help find the right trainer for you, contact Rob Castellucci, our Director of Personal Training and Recreational Sports, at 401.421.4111, ext. 129, or rcastellucci@jewishallianceri.org.

Meet our trainers!

Rob Castellucci has been involved in the fitness industry for more than 15 years, and he works with an array of different populations including healthy adults, youth, athletes, and injured/rehabbing clients. Whether it is a bootcamp-style circuit class, strength/power resistance training, cardio, or mobility and stretching, he is qualified and ready to coach.

Rob graduated summa cum laude from the University of Rhode Island in three years with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. He is an American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Certified Exercise Physiologist and is certified in TRX training. He also has a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Golf Certification. This TPI Certification has taught him how to assess common faults within the golf swing and administer a series of physical assessments that help him address mobility, stability and strength weaknesses within golfers of any age or skill level.

Rob has always been a sports fanatic and was a captain of his high school basketball, baseball, and football teams. With this athletic background, he has been able to work with many athletes, including youth, to combine specific strength and mobility training with skill drills relevant to their sport. In recent years, Rob has become quite focused on his own golf training, as well as helping others unlock the full potential of their golf swing.

Rob wants to help others realize that with a positive attitude and hard work, one’s goals can be achieved. Success comes from creating realistic goals, having fun, staying dedicated, and finding what works best for you. Click here to contact Rob.

Corinna Wilson has been in the health and fitness industry for over fifteen years; she is also a massage therapist.  She was a competitive swimmer from five years old until finishing high school.  After a car accident injured her back and neck as a young adult, she became more active practicing yoga and strength training to manage her own chronic pain, as well as depression and anxiety. She became a yoga teacher in 2007, eventually training yoga teachers for several years. She decided to become a personal trainer in 2020 during the height of the pandemic.

She is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified personal trainer and a yoga instructor (500RYT). She chose NASM because it specializes in corrective exercises to help fix movement compensations and imbalances.
She loves anatomy and helping clients manage and even eliminate pain and tension through exercise, stretching and body work.

Some of Corinna’s favorite activities include biking, swimming and floating in the ocean, hiking, yoga and capoeira.  She is excited to help others discover deeper body awareness at any age and live their best life in a balanced and sustainable way. Click here to contact Corinna.
