Regular fitness hours, pool schedule, and group exercise classes will run as usual, with the addition of:


Golf Mobility and Power Workshop with Rob

9:30–10:30am, Studio 2
This workshop will focus on compound and isolated mobility exercises that support proper golf swing mechanics—targeting the hips, thoracic spine, shoulders, and wrists. While those with significant joint limitations may find some movements challenging, the session is designed to benefit most participants. We’ll also work through trunk and posterior chain resistance exercises to build rotational power and explosiveness, plus a bit of golf-specific balance and stability training.


Family Swim

10:00am–2:00pm
Two lanes will be open for lap swimming.


10:00am–1:00pm, Social Hall
The Scholastic Book Fair is coming to the Jewish Alliance! It’s a great chance to grow your child’s home library with books they’ll love returning to again and again. The fair is also the Early Childhood Center’s biggest fundraiser of the year.

In addition to the books, the jumpy house and other activities will be set up.
