J-Fitness Group Exercise Classes on Zoom

If you can’t come to J-Fitness, let J-Fitness come to you!

We’re proud to provide you group-exercise classes featuring our expert instructors, all from the comfort of your own home!

These free classes are exclusive to Dwares JCC members. Please see below for a schedule of classes.

To participate, you will need a device that can run Zoom, a free video-conferencing app. The software should download automatically when you join your first Zoom meeting, but if you prefer do download the software manually you can do so here.

11:00-11:45am – Zumba! with Nancy
3:00-3:45pm – Family Fitness with Rob (NO CLASS ON MONDAY, MAY 25)
4:00-4:45pm – Bodybuilding with Tom (Equipment needed: dumbbells) (NO CLASS ON MONDAY, MAY 25)
5:00-5:45pm – Bootcamp with Nikki(NO CLASS ON MONDAY, MAY 25)

 

TUESDAYS
7:00-7:45am – Body Weight Wake-Up with Dawn
9:00-9:45am – Yoga All Levels with Naama
11:00-11:45am – Get Moving! with Allie

WEDNESDAYS
8:15-9:00am – Barre with Kim
11:00-11:45am – Chair Yoga with Naama
3:00-3:45pm – Family Fitness with Rob
7:00-7:45pm – Gentle Flow Yoga with Jamie

THURSDAYS
8:15-9:00am – Dance Fitness with Nancy
11:00-11:45am – Senior Strength with Allie
5:00-5:45pm – Bootcamp with Nikki

FRIDAYS
11:00-11:45am – Senior Movement & Mobility with Kim
12:00-12:45pm – Cardio Core with Allie
4:00-4:45pm – Bodybuilding with Tom (Equipment needed: dumbbells)

SATURDAYS
8:00-8:45am – Morning Yoga with Jamie
9:00-9:45am – Barre Boot Camp with Kim
10:00-10:45am – Muscle Sculpt with Allie

SUNDAYS
10:00-10:45amSenior Sunday Cardio Strength with Debbie 
4:00-4:45pm – Muscle Sculpt with Allie

These are live classes. Due to licensing issues with music, we are not able to provide recorded classes for later viewing. Refer to the schedule above to see what classes are available day-by-day! With the exception of Spin and Bodybuilding classes, no special equipment is required. #VirtualJCC

Please note: The J-Fitness team will do their best to maintain a fixed schedule of classes throughout the JCC’s closure. However, circumstances may result in changes to this schedule; we will provide updates via Remind.com notifications as we are able.
