The Jewish Alliance of Greater Rhode Island and Congregation Beth Sholom are excited to announce a new partnership. Congregation Beth Sholom will be moving to the Jewish Alliance’s Dwares JCC and will begin holding services and classes at the JCC beginning in July.
This will enable Congregation Beth Sholom to find a new home after selling our building. This home, both physical and spiritual, will allow Congregation Beth Sholom to grow and thrive as a community. It will also provide the Alliance a new means to live into its new Strategic Plan by being an example of community collaboration and partnership. This new relationship will also allow the Alliance to further realize its mission of creating a stronger more vibrant Jewish community by providing new avenues for Jewish life and learning. We are excited to work together to make services and classes more readily available to the Jewish community at large.
Although the current pandemic will make it difficult for the congregation and for the community to take advantage of this partnership in its full form, we are excited for what the future will hold.
The Jewish Alliance looks forward to warmly welcoming Congregation Beth Sholom into our building. And we, at Congregation Beth Sholom, are grateful and excited for this partnership as we begin our new chapter.
