Shabbat Shalom: The Importance of Empathy
In this week’s message, I talk about a recent visit to the US Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington, DC with my family, and the realization I had about the importance of empathy.
As we head into Shabbat, let’s all pledge to have a little more empathy. And let’s pray for the Israeli and Palestinian victims. Let’s remember that each victim has a story, a perspective, and if we seek to learn more about each other’s experiences, the world can be a better place.
Until next time, I wish you a safe, peaceful, and meaningful Shabbat.
