Shabbat Shalom: A New Goal and a Mission to Israel

Dear Friend:

In this week’s message I talk about the cost it takes to support a strong, vibrant Jewish community here in greater Rhode Island, and the new fundraising goal we’ve set for ourselves to meet the needs of the community.

There’s no better way for you to understand the impact you make than to see it for yourself. Next spring, the Alliance is partnering with Jewish communities in New Haven and Hartford on a mission trip to Israel to celebrate the 75th year of its independence, and to see the many programs your support helps to make a reality. If you’re interested in joining us, we’ll be hosting an information session about the trip on Monday, September 12. And you can learn more about the mission here.

Until next time, I wish you a safe, peaceful, and joyous Shabbat.

Shabbat Shalom!

Sincerely,
Adam Greenman
President & CEO

PS: Donors to the Jewish Alliance change lives each and every day. By supporting the Annual Community Campaign and other fundraising efforts, donors ensure a strong and vibrant Jewish community now, and in the future. Click here to see the 2022 list of donors and volunteers who are committed to our mission. Thank you for your dedication to our work and for making the Jewish Alliance a philanthropic priority.
