The Jewish Alliance focuses on the safety and security of our community every day. We work to prepare and plan for the unimaginable so that should there be an incident we are ready to respond appropriately.
Yesterday, another rash of bomb threats was made to nearly a dozen Jewish communities—all of which were again deemed not credible. While the Jewish Alliance’s Dwares JCC has not received any such threats, our preparedness continues to receive high praise from law enforcement.
Still, we continue to work with local and federal agencies to ensure that we are doing all we can to keep our families, members, community, and staff as safe as possible.
These calls remain unsettling and disruptive, which is exactly their point. We need to counter them by showing the world what it is that we do best: Community.
